Death looks appetizing because that’s what we were conditioned for.
(Today I feel a little poetic.) I even started off this message in brackets. So - let’s go!
“Seek first the kingdom of God… (Matthew 6:33)”
Get your morning intake.
Your morning intake is not only BarleyMax. Your morning intake must begin with the Word, prayer and meditation.
God’s word must be consumed
otherwise you will be ruined.
Your levels must be topped up for your efficiency. There are several levels: Food Level, Word Level, Sleep Level, Fitness Level, Fellowship Level, etcetera.
If you’re not efficient you are deficient (in some area).
We become efficient and effective as we seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness.
As we seek God we will be guided into topping up our levels. Obedience is extremely important.
If you don’t obey you will pay.
Your disobedience to God and his word is obedience to someone else and their word. That person is Satan.
Satan has been against God before man was created.
Everything God does or commands us is good and it is for the good of all. If we disobey him we are saying that he is NOT the end all of knowledge and wisdom. Our disobedience says that we think that we know best. If this is the case then this is what we are filling up on. We are filling up on self which is exactly what Satan did. We are copying Satan if this is how we function. If we follow or copy him we will get his results.
Keep in mind that Satan’s end is not good. So, if we follow him we will end up where he ends up. Something to think about.
What God wants us to fill up on will only bring about a good end for us. There is a dividing line here. Who will we serve?
Who we serve will show up in our life. It’s all about input and output. The feedback reveals what was eaten or taken in and we all choose what we take in.
We need to watch our intake (our diet).
Our intake (diet) will reveal the kind of moves we make.
To be continued…

Shaki says, “Start where you are at with what you got and increase from there.”
Isn’t it all about getting better, increasing, developing, becoming the best you can be so that you can serve better? This is the mission.
The mission is to serve.
EAT to serve.
DRINK to serve.
Get FIT to serve.
The end game is service.
You may not be able to serve in the capacity you desire right now and the question you may have is, what do I do or what can I do?
It’s quite simple. Where ever you are at (financially, physically, in your health, mentally, or etcetera) BEGIN from that spot. Start with the little that you have AND keep working it. IT WILL INCREASE (get bigger).
Growth occurs through the nurturing process. Whatever you nurture grows. The nurturing starts with sowing. Let’s take your health for example. If you begin to sow into it now no matter how small that sowing is and if you are consistent with it, you will see changes in your health.
Many of you will remember that I have said and I still continue to say that HEALTH IS NOT AN EVENT. Your health is caught up in the things that you do daily. If you want to be healthy daily you must sow into it daily. Increase in your health doesn’t happen if you sow into your health one time and then do nothing else. It simply doesn’t work that way. We want it to work that way but it simply doesn’t.
Some people say that it is expensive to eat like I eat - Plant Based. My response to that is this: Okay, let’s say that having a Plant Based diet is more expensive, let’s say it costs more. Well, if you don’t pay for it now you will pay for it later.
Listen, if you really want your health to get better you will find a way. You CAN get cheep veggies and fruits. You can even grow them yourself. You can grown them indoors too! It all boils down to how bad do you want it. You may not be able to do all that you want in terms of increasing your health BUT you can start where you are at with what you have. When you make excuses you give yourself no ground to grow, increase or to get better. You give yourself excuses by looking at what you do not have and by not looking at what you can do now with what you have to get to were you want to be.
Shaki’s meditative wisdom says to
“USE WHAT YOU GOT TO INCREASE WHAT YOU GOT!”
Let’s go. Let’s get Chiseled!

*Eat To Serve*
This actually goes quite deep but I’ll be brief here.
If you add the Meditation dimension to it it’s quite fascinating.
As one meditates on scripture one is eating that scripture and in so doing they are being filled up with it.
Whatever one is filled up with is what one serves.
So, on a day by day basis we are actually serving a “word” to each other.
By this I do not necessarily mean that we are “speaking” words to each other. A word is a seed and within that word there is anointing or power. That anointing causes one to “move” or “act” that word or live that word.
Example: If I bless someone with food or something that will benefit them, I am actually living out a word. If I am focused on and I am meditating on “love thy neighbor as thy self,” the action of me serving someone is an outpouring of that infilling.
The longer I meditate in that word of, “love thy neighbor as thy self,” I will be filled up with more of it’s knowledge, wisdom and active anointing which will lead me into it’s action. The action follows the word. Yes, we all follow thoughts. If I keep focusing on and meditating on that word, it has no choice but to find expression in my life.
Keep that in mind when you CHOOSE words or thoughts to dwell on and keep this in mind when you CHOOSE what types of food you put into your body. Yes, consider it well.
Are you Eating with the purpose of serving or are you simply serving the flesh and baser appetites.
Eat To Serve.
