As the Lord spoke this to me I was reminded of Joshua 1:9.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord is with you wherever you go. “
God has commanded me to stay focused.
Thoughts that come to you are accounted as though they were spoken to you. In this verse it seems like Joshua was having thoughts come to him that were counter to what God said. God had to remind Joshua that he had commanded him to be strong and of good courage. This is telling me that every thought that comes to you that is counter to God’s word is something that is being spoken to you and you need to take heed to what is going on. You are not called to be ignorant here.
God’s word to you are his thoughts and any thought that is counter to that is to be resisted, to be put down or it is to be put to death! It can not have a place of supremacy in you. It can not be allowed to rule or to live in you, ever! This is what God is saying.
“Stay committed to the word or thought that I gave to you. It is precious and others seek to remove you from it. Why? Because my word is life and life more abundantly.”
Courage is maintaining what you have begun in and refusing to come out of it. Courage requires strength of mind to control and to overcome. Be courageous for God has commanded it and if he has commanded it this means that you can do it.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.”
I began to look inside…
Did you know that wee can look inside? Did you know that we are commanded to look inside? Yes, we are commanded to look inside.
Here is a question: Where is the kingdom of God?
Did you know that many Christians don’t know the answer to this question. I will use scripture to give you the answer.
Luke 17:20 - 21
20 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; 21 nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’[d] For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”
So, we see from this verse that the kingdom of God is within us and in Matthew 6:33 Jesus tells to to “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness.” We see from these verses that we are to look within. This is not something that is regulated to just the new-age or occult followers. This is what we are called to do.
In my journey inwards I have found that we have a kingdom of fear built up within. It is as odds with God’s kingdom. You can see this kingdom and it “colours” what we say and do.
To be continued…

Attend to the deficit in you. If you don’t address it you will continue to walk in it and in so doing you will continue to be frustrated. This is an internal issue and it must be dealt with internally.
Seeking first the kingdom of God and his righteousness is an internal issue for the kingdom of God is within you. This is what Jesus said. This means that we need to take time to “be still” and seek it out.
Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
In your quietness as your heart searches for God, there you will find him. In this quietness you are not judging - you are simply looking to find God as he is. You are not creating what you think he is or what you think he should be. You are being still to know that he is God. In so doing worship becomes natural and you will see him exalted among the nations and in the earth.
This verse even seems prophetic because we understand that things will not remain as they are now. Evil men will not continue as they are. There must be an account made for their actions. God will always come out on top so it makes no sense to war against him. It is futile.
Although men may appear to to be excelling we must keep in mind that if what they are doing is not anchored in God, it will ultimately fail. It will not remain forever established. It will come to an end but God’s kingdom will never end. So, engagement in that which is temporary is futile.
“Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

This year, 2018, all my people (you included) are going after being healthy. It is not God’s will for you to not be healthy. He wants you well and strong. He wants you to live long and strong! See 3 John 1:2.
Listen, you have to get control of your health in the atmosphere that you are in now. You can’t wait until the atmosphere is right for you to “get it all together.” That time may never come. You have to fight for it and create your own atmosphere proving that you are the master not an “atmosphere” that may come or that may not come to you. You really don’t have time to wait for that atmosphere to come - you have to create it RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE!
The time of, “I’ll wait till next week,” is over! The time of, “I’ll wait till I get these issues under control before I begin to attend to my health,” is over! Do you not realize that these very thoughts are robbing you of the very thing that you need - health! Yes, my friend, health is also a thought issue.
What are you thinking? What you are thinking is what is leading you. Your thoughts can lead you into bondage or they can lead you out of bondage. You are the one who decides what thoughts you will follow. If you want success you will follow the thoughts of success.
Successful thoughts always seek to go forward. What happens after the input of good thoughts is this: we have other thoughts that get in the way to block or to impede the success thoughts. That’s all it is.
Thoughts are sent to STOP your success. Thoughts BLOCK thoughts. So, you need to stand behind the successful thoughts and allow them to block the the thoughts that seek to sabotage your health.
The thoughts that are against you have pretty good arguments that may even appear to be sound but they are not. It’s all a deception to destroy the very thing that you need.
You see, you can get healthy and the bad thoughts know this. They are not your friend but I am and God is because we want to see you well.
So, throw off the garbage thoughts and take up God’s thoughts. He says that he desires for you to be healthy in your soul and in all aspects of your life. Thoughts that do not agree with this are not from him.
Let’s go forward and allow God’s healthy thoughts to guide us.
God bless you!
